The trial
We do it once before we do it for real
We do a trial before the day. You see it, you live with it for a few hours, and we adjust what needs adjusting while there is still time to adjust it.
Bring the veil if you have one, bring a photo of the dress, and bring the accessories you are thinking about. Hair that looks right on its own can fight a neckline, and that is exactly the kind of thing you want to find out at the trial and not in the mirror on the morning of.
Nothing about your wedding day should be the first time we try something.

When to do what

Hold the date
Weekends book out, and I only take one client at a time, so the date is the first thing to lock.

The trial
Far enough ahead that there is room to change your mind, close enough that your hair is in the same condition it will be in.

Color and cut before, not after
If you are coloring or cutting for the wedding, that happens with time to settle. Fresh color on the morning of is a gamble.

Should I get extensions for the wedding?
Often yes, and if so they go in well before the day, not the week of. We decide at the trial. See extensions.

Bring it. Then let me tell you honestly what your hair length and texture will do with that shape, and what we would change to get the same feeling on you.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is set once we know the date, the style and how many people are getting their hair done. Ask when you check your date.
